State and Ors.). A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the writ court with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the rules/policy and pass necessary orders. Compliance report on behalf of the respondents dated March 12, 2018, has been filed. And per the averments set out in para 06 thereof, the claim of the petitioner along with others was considered by the respondent No. 02 (Director School Education, Jammu) and vide order dated February 22, 2018, the requisite sanction for regularization of the petitioner was granted. So much so, the Zonal Education Officer, Arnas, has even issued Aadil Hussian Bhat I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document the formal order of regularization of the petitioner on February 27, 2018 (Annexure R 1).
