“That in respectful compliance with the directions of the Hon’ble High Court, J&K, Jammu dated 12.10.2017, approval of the State Administrative Council vide Decision No-129/19/2018 dated 14.11.2018 and Government Order No. 919-Edu of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 and the direction of the Directorate bearing No. DSEJ/Legal/10013-14 dated 20.03.2019, the claim of the petitioner for engagement as ReT for Upper Primary School Bhonta has been examined and found devoid of merit and not covered under aforesaid order wherein it has been provided that where no engagement orders have been issued, shall and shall always be deemed to have been cancelled/withdrawn as ab-initio, accordingly, the case of petitioner is rejected by passing a detailed speaking
order Vide No. CEO/D/Legal/2024/5443 dated 29.02.2024 (Copy of the speaking order CEO/D/Legal/2024/5443 dated 29.02.2024 is enclosed and the same is marked as Annexure 1).
That being so, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
