A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to the respondent-SSRB to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant, District Cadre, Poonch in the event there was no legal impediment to accept his claim and to pass appropriate orders. The petition is pending since 2017 and nearly a decade has gone. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to clarify if anything actually survives in the matter.
