Lok Adalat Gwalior, Dated : 12-03-2022 By order dated 15.2.2017 passed in W.P.No.1101/2017, following direction was issued:- “In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction that respondent No.2- Collector, Bhind, shall see that RRC is executed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order being passed today, if there is no other legal hindrance” The compliance report has been filed and it has been mentioned that by order dated 1.10.2019 an amount of Rs.4,19,000/- has been sanctioned subject to decision in a writ appeal. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file an application for restoration of the contempt petition, in case if the amount mentioned in order dated 1.10.2019 has not been paid. (G.S.
