A bare reading of the aforementioned order clearly demonstrates that this Court disposed of the writ petition preferred by the petitioner, directing the competent authority to adjudicate the petitioner's claim regarding appointment as an Anganwadi worker. Furthermore, the authority was commanded to pass a speaking order within a stipulated time frame. 03. The petition at hands is pending for nearly 10 years. 04. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to clarify if anything actually survives in the petition. 05.
