A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to the respondent-Authorities to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner before the DIG, Udhampur/Reasi Range and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law. The petition is pending since 2017. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the petition. That being so, this Court is choiceless, but to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
