Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, has drawn the attention of the Court to the averments set out in ‘Para No. 2’ of the objections that have been submitted on behalf of the respondents:
“That the contents of Para No. 2 to 7 are matter of record and anything contrary to record is vehemently denied, it is further submitted before the Hon’ble Court that the applicant has been retired/superannuated from the government service on 30.06.2023 from the Block Budhal Old (Kotranka) Rajouri, as such the instant writ petition rendered in fructuous.”
Accordingly, she submits, for, the petition is rendered infructuous, the same be disposed of as such.
