A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court in the similar terms as SWP Nos. 81/2012 and 488/2012 with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Class IV in Education Department in accordance with the rules as also the case law. The matter is pending for nearly a decade. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to clarify if anything actually survives in this petition.
