And, per the averments set out in Paragraph No. 3, the recommendations of the Service Selection Board and approval conveyed by the Administrative Department vide letter dated January 09, 2018, the petitioner has since been appointed as Junior Laboratory Technician in the pay scale of ₹4000- 6000 plus usual allowances under rules on regular temporary basis under RBA category in the Health Department in District Cadre Udhampur. Accordingly, she submits that nothing substantive survives in the petition, the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
