Versus State & Ors.). A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioners was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of benefit under SRO 59 dated February 06, 1990 read with Government Order No. 78-PDD of 1995 dated March 20, 1995. The petition is pending for nearly a decade and none is present either on behalf of the petitioners to clarify if anything actually survives in the matter.
