Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the Respondent-authorities, for willful/deliberate disobedience of the order and judgment dated December 02, 2016, passed in SWP No. 2543/2016 (Suresh Singh vs. State of J&K and ors.). 2. A bare reading of the aforementioned order reveals that the petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Authorities to complete the selection process and finalize the same in regard to Primary School Deouligali. 3. Compliance report submitted on behalf of the respondents reveals that in compliance to the order passed by this Court, Zonal Education Officer, Udhampur (respondent no.4) had submitted a detailed report vide NO. ZEO/P/513 dated 12.05.2017 to the Chief Education Officer, Udhampur, mentioning therein that the panel had already been submitted and the name of the petitioner had been enlisted for Screening Test in view of Government order NO. 184-Edu of 2016 dated 24.05.2016. Thus, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that nothing substantive survives in the petition. 4. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
