A bare reading of the order referred to above shows that MP No. 1/2017 was disposed of by the Writ Court with the direction to the respondents to consider the representation as contended by the counsel for the petitioner within notice period in accordance with the rules. The records show infact the main case itself was transferred by this Court to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu on November 17, 2021. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to point out if the lis between the parties still survives or the matter is still pending before the Tribunal.
