The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 01.07.2017 passed by respondent No. 4, i.e., Block Development Officer, Dali Udhyanpur, whereby the petitioner, who is a Gram Rozgar Sevak, has been transferred to Panchayat Kulhund from Panchayat Dhar-B, where the petitioner was initially engaged as Gram Rozgar Sevak. 2. Notice in this petition was issued on 12.07.2017, and the impugned order dated 01.07.2017, insofar as it pertains to the petitioner, was stayed. 3. The respondents have filed their objections. In terms of their objections, an affidavit has been filed by the petitioner stating that the Court orders have been implemented and that he is working in Panchayat Dhar-B, where he was initially engaged, therefore, he does not want to pursue this case. 4. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and otherwise also, the petitioner has expressed his willingness to withdraw the petition, therefore, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
