Through: None. Vs. STATE OF J AND K THROUGH COMMISSIONER SECRETARY REVENUE ...Respondent(s). Through: None. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE ORDER 17.04.2026 1. This petition was filed in February, 2017 and was taken up for consideration on 22nd February, 2017 on which date the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought short adjournment to file an affidavit to the extent that he was continuing in service despite his services having been dispensed with in terms of order dated 12th April, 2016. 2. This petition is pending for the last more than nine years but the petitioner has not bothered to file affidavit and, as a result, even the notice in this petition has not been issued. 3. In view of the above, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner has lost interest to pursue this petition which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
