Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, has placed on record communication dated 17.04.2026 issued by the Chief Education Officer, Rajouri, indicating therein that the petitioners, namely Suresh Kumar and Dolly Devi, are not presently working in the School Education Department on academic arrangement in terms of Government Order No. 221-Edu of 2019 dated 09.07.2019, and that the writ petition has thus become infructuous. 3. In view of the aforesaid communication, the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
