The petitioner, by way of this petition, seeks a direction to the respondents to fill-up the application form for the purpose of screening test to the post of Rebar-e-Taleem Teacher and permit/allow the petitioner to face the screening test proposed to be hold on 28.05.2017 for the purpose of selection and engagement of the petitioner as Rebar-e-Taleem Teacher in Higher Secondary School, Marwah in view of the petitioner being figuring at serial No. 1 in the select panel prepared by the respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a communication dated 17.04.2026, wherein it is stated that all the advertisement notices issued for engagement of ReTs, where no engagement orders have been issued under ReT Scheme have been closed vide Government Order No. 919 Edu of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 and, therefore, petitioner was not engaged as ReT. 3.
