Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record a copy of the order passed by the 1st Additional Civil Judge, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar in O.S. No. 41/2024, Smt. Hussani vs. Shri Rahees Ahmad. The same is taken on record. 5. It is reflected from the said order that the matter has now been disposed of on the basis of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 6.
