Learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to have instructions in the matter. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has, in fact, attained the age of superannuation. Having regard to the nature of reliefs that have been sought in the present petition, the same have been rendered infructuous with the superannuation of the petitioner.
