The instant contempt petition arises out of the order/judgment passed by the learned Writ Court dated 16.12.2015 in SWP No. 3246/2015 by virtue of which the writ petition preferred by the petitioners was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners and direction was issued to the respondents to take appropriate action thereof, strictly in accordance with the rules on the subject in question. 02. The respondents have filed the detailed statement of facts and along with the statement of facts, the respondents have also placed on record a Government Order dated 04.04.2016 vide No. 321-HME of 2016 by virtue of which consideration in terms of the aforesaid order has been accorded and the claim of the petitioners found to be devoid of any merit stood rejected. 03. Thus, in the light of passing of the aforesaid consideration order, no fruitful Sr. No. 202 2 CPSW No. 190/2016 purpose would be served to keep this contempt petition alive as the order/judgment passed by the learned Writ Court stands complied with. 04. Accordingly, the proceedings in the contempt petition are closed. Rule, if any, stand discharged. However, dismissal of the instant contempt petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner to agitate the cause afresh challenging the aforesaid consideration order by way of appropriate proceeding, if so advised.
