Even today, when the matter was taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, thus inference can be drawn that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the instant petition perhaps for the reason that the grievance raised in the instant petition may have been rendered infructuous in light of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Apex Court in case titled “Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir & Ors vs Saba Wani”. 03.
