The prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is for commanding the respondents to bring to the logical conclusion the process of recruitment started for the two posts of Primary School SC Basti, Daleri, advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 07/2014, with further direction to the respondents to select the petitioner to the post on the basis of merit panel prepared by the office of the Zonal Education Officer, Khour. 2. In the reply filed by the respondents, it is stated that the two posts were advertised for PS SC Basti, Dhaleri a newly opened primary school under SSA and the petitioner along with other applicants submitted her application form. A tentative select panel was prepared and was also displayed for inviting objections and no objection was received in this context. Accordingly, respondent No. 4 (ZEO Khour) submitted the same select panel to higher authorities for further official procedural formalities for the engagement of ReTs in the said school. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed by the Serial No. 128 2 SWP No. 646/2016 Supreme Court in case titled “Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir & Ors. vs. Saba Wani & Ors.”. The submission is not opposed by the learned counsel for the official respondents. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner strictly in light of the judgment referred to above. 5. Disposed of.
