Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revisional Authority pursuant to the revision petition preferred by the petitioner against the order passed by the Appellate Authority, remitted the matter to the Appellate Authority for fresh disposal. She further submits that without deciding the appeal, the appointment order was issued in favour of the private respondent, which was subsequently withdrawn as her qualification certificate was not found to be genuine.
2. Mr. Meharbaan Singh, learned Additional Advocate General has also supported the submission made by Ms. Damini Chouhan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the parties have reached to a consensus that let the Appellate Authority decide the appeal preferred by the private respondent afresh pursuant to the order passed by the Revisional Authority but after affording due opportunity of hearing to the contesting parties. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the Appellate Authority-Deputy Commissioner, Reasi to decide the appeal preferred by the private respondent so far as the provisional selection of the petitioner as Anganwari Worker in Anganwari Centre Mal-II, Ward No. 2, Panchayat Tulli-B in ICDS Project, Mahore is concerned.
5. This Court is sanguine that the Appellate Authority-Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, shall pass the orders after hearing the interested parties within a period of one month from the date of receiving this order.
