1. From a perusal of minutes of the proceedings, it appears that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and for that reason only the petitioner did not appear before the Court on the previous date of hearing and same is the position today as well.
2. Accordingly, the proceedings in the present contempt petition are closed and the same is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to get the instant contempt petition revived, in the event, his grievance remains unaddressed.
