The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for commanding the respondents to finalise the selection process for the posts of Rehbar-e- Taleem in respect of petitioner in NPS Balnoi Maidan and consider the petitioner for appointment as Rehbar-e-Taleem. 2. Objections stands filed by the respondents, in which the respondents have banked upon the order dated 31.10.2013 in SWP No. 2341/2013 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court to assert that one post of Rehbar-e-Taleem of Primary School Balnoi has not been filled. As per record, the said writ petition has already been disposed of. 3. In view of aforesaid scenario, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in light of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in U. T. of J&K and others vs. Saba Wani to the extent of its applicability and the respondents shall also take note of order passed in SWP No. 2341/2013.
