01. On the last two consecutive dates of hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, when the matter was taken up for
consideration, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It is, therefore, evident that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the present contempt petition. Accordingly, proceedings in this contempt proceedings are closed.
02. Consequently, the contempt petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
