It has been stated that the petitioner has submitted an online application on Government e-Marketplace/GeM Portal under the Vivad Se Vishwas-III/One-Time Settlement of Contractual Disputes Scheme in respect of the matter pending before the High Court of Delhi wherein the arbitral award has been challenged by the respondent. It has been further stated that the settlement presently under consideration is confined to the matter pending before the High Court of Delhi. It has also been stated that the petitioner has been informed that as a pre-condition for processing the settlement proposal in the Delhi matter, the petitioner has to withdraw any other pending proceedings. For these reasons, the petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the present petition. The application is supported by an affidavit of the petitioner.
