HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU CPOWP No. 102/2016 Tara Devi & Ors. .....Applicant(s)/Petitioner(s) Through :- None v/s Karam Singh & Ors. .....Respondent(s) Through :- None CORAM: HON’BLE MS. JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE ORDER 19.05.2026 1. By this petition, petitioners herein have alleged non- compliance/willful disobedience of the interim order dated 07.03.2011, passed by this Court in OWP No. 215/2011, wherein following directions have been passed: “Till further orders, status quo with regard to the property described in the impugned order No. DCS/SQ/R/02-03 dated 28.10.2010 (Annexure-D) as on date shall be maintained.” 2. This Court, vide order dated 25.11.2020, directed the afore-titled contempt petition to be listed along with main petition bearing OWP No. 215/2011, however, perusal of the record would show that the main petition has already been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2020. 3. Since, the instant contempt petition has arisen out of an interim order, this Court is of the view that with the disposal of the main Sr. No. 95 2 CPOWP No. 102/2016 petition, the interim order stands merged with the final order, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition. 4. In view of the above, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed and rule, if any, framed against the respondents, be discharged. (Moksha Khajuria Kazmi) Judge JAMMU 19.05.2026 Manan
