A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to respondent No. 2 (Director, School Education, Jammu), to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the rules after taking into consideration the report of ZEO within a specified time. The petition is pending since 2016 and nearly a decade has gone. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to clarify if anything actually survives in the matter.
