Sharma, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that since Session Court is vested with the revisional jurisdiction against an order passed by the Magisterial Court under Section 145 Cr.P.C., it would be appropriate if matter is referred to the concerned Sessions Court for consideration on merits. His statement is taken on record. 03. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Principal Sessions Judge, Poonch to treat the present petition as a revision petition and accord consideration to the same after affording reasonable opportunity of being heard to the both sides, as per law. 04.
