A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to the respondents to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the list of casual labour/need basis employees with a view to ensure that the case of the petitioner is considered in the light of order dated 06.05.2015 passed by this Court. The matter is pending for over a decade. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to clarify if anything actually survives in the petition.
