A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the Writ Court while issuing notice had observed that the present status of the petitioner would not be disturbed till the adjourned date. Learned Senior counsel for the respondents submits that infact the main case itself has since been decided on February 07, 2020 and therefore, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
