A bare reading of the order referred to above shows that MP No. 2/2015 was disposed of by the Writ Court with the direction to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to accord consideration to the case of the petitioners for release of unpaid wages as permissible in accordance with the rules. The records show infact the main case itself was transferred by this Court to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu on October 04, 2021. None is present either on behalf of the petitioners to point out if the lis between the parties still survives or the matter is still pending before the Tribunal.
