State and ors.). A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to the respondent-Authorities that the claim of the petitioner for absorption in Education Department in terms of SRO 308 dated 16.10.2008 be considered in accordance with the admissible rules. The petition is pending for over a decade. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to clarify if anything actually survives in the matter.
