The records show that notice to the respondents was issued on July 29, 2016. However, per office report dated August 05, 2016, the petitioner failed to furnish the registered A/D covers and resultantly, the respondents remained unserved. Apparently, the petition is pending for the past 10 years. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the same.
