A bare reading of the order referred to above shows that MP No. 1/2015 was disposed of by the Writ Court with the observation to finalize the selection process/appointment but shall adhere to the reservation rules. The records show infact the main case itself was transferred by this Court to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu on July 18, 2020. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to point out if the lis between the parties still survives or the matter is still pending before the Tribunal.
