A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was allowed by the Writ Court and the authorities were directed to declare her result and consider her claim for appointment in case she makes merit under ALC category. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the petition, which is pending for over a decade. That being so, the Court is choiceless but to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
