A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to the Chief Education Officer, Rajouri to take a final decision as regards claim/grievance of the petitioner in terms of the guidelines of the applicable scheme and rules. The matter is pending for over a decade and none is present either on behalf of the petitioner to clarify if anything actually survives for consideration.
