A bare reading of the order referred to above indicates that MP No. 1/2016 was disposed of by the Writ Court with the observation that the respondents shall consider the representation as shall be submitted by the petitioner within two days and thereafter pass necessary orders in accordance with law. Ex facie, over 10 years have gone by. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the matter and clarify if anything actually survives for consideration in the matter.
