HARI HARANADHA SARMA CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO: 2371 OF 2016 ORDER: No representation on either side. 2. This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 21.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.2153 of 2015 in I.A.No.1337 of 2013 in O.S.No.78 of 2010 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri. The said application was filed under Order 1 Rule 10(2) r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking impleadment of the proposed party in the final decree proceedings. The said application was dismissed on 21.03.2016. Questioning the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 3. O.S.No.78 of 2010 was filed seeking partition, and a preliminary decree was passed on 06.07.2013. 4. On 31.07.2026, since none appeared on behalf of either side, a report was called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of O.S.No.78 of 2010. 5. Pursuant to the order dated 31.07.2026, a report has been submitted by the learned Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mangalagiri, which shows that the preliminary decree was passed, the plaint schedule property was partitioned and shares were allotted to the plaintiff, and that no applications were pending for adjudication. Since no proceedings are pending 4 AHHS,J C.R.P.No2371 of 2016 Dated 31.08.2026 and there is no representation on behalf of either side, no cause survives for consideration in the present Civil Revision Petition. 6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
