A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the Writ Court had disposed of the petition with a direction to the respondents to take an appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with law. Statement of facts on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has been submitted. And, per which the claim of the petitioner was considered in the right earnest and rejected vide a detailed order dated November 25, 2016 passed by the Commissioner/Secretary to Government, School Education Department. That being so, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
