Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the suit before the trial Court has already been disposed of. 2. On perusal of the record, it appears that the suit was decreed ex parte. Thereafter, the revision petitioner filed I.A.No.453 of 2010 seeking stay of the execution proceedings in E.P.No.82 of 2010 in O.S.No.46 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur. 3. The relief sought in the said I.A. was not considered by the learned trial Judge. Aggrieved thereby, the present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that during the pendency of the present Civil Revision Petition, the Revision Petitioner/defendant has suffered the execution of the decree, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition. 5. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
