These C.M.S.A.Nos.6 and 7 of 2026, filed under Section 75 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, are preferred by the appellant-respondent against the judgments dated 28.01.2016 passed in A.S.Nos.57 and 59 of 2014, respectively, by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Ongole. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the sole appellant in both the appeals died during the pendency of the proceedings. He further submits that, though efforts were made to inform the relatives of the deceased appellant regarding the pendency of the appeals and the necessity to take appropriate steps, they have not come forward to file necessary applications for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record. 3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that, in the absence of any steps being taken by the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant to come on record and prosecute the appeals, the appeals stand abated. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals are dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders, if any, granted earlier shall stand vacated, and all pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE BALAJI MEDAMALLI Date: 20.07.2026 SAK Whether the Judgments are: Speaking Yes/ Reasoned No Reportable No / Non-Reportable Yes 175 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE BALAJI MEDAMALLI CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS SECOND APPEAL NOs: 6 and 7 of 2016 Date: 20.07.2026 SAK
