A bare analysis of the decision referred to above shows that the petition was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to the respondent authorities to take a final decision with regard to regularization of petitioners in terms of SRO 64 and the recommendation dated 23-03- 2013. And the authorities were directed to take a decision within three months. The petition at hand is pending over a decade. None is present either to point out if anything actually survives in the matter. That being so, the Court is choice less but to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
