On 08.10.2025 and 18.06.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Even today, none present to press the appeal despite listing the matter under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. Hence, it clearly shows that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the case. 3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
