A bare analysis of the judgment referred to above shows that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to respondent authorities to consider and decide his representation within six weeks. The matter at hand is pending for over 10 years. None is present either on behalf of petitioner to pursue the petition.
