It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that the sole respondent died; however, an ex parte decree has been passed in O.S.No.198 of 2003 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tanuku, thereby rendering the present civil revision petition infructuous.
2. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek reopening of this revision petition in the event, any fact is found to be contrary to the aforesaid statement. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
