Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner has been seeking implementation of order dated 30.12.2015 passed by the writ Court whereby a direction was issued to the Director, Social Welfare Department, Jammu to accord due consideration to the representation of the petitioner. 3. The respondents have filed their compliance report in which it has been submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected vide consideration order dated 06.04.2016. 4. In view of the above, the order of the writ Court stands complied with, as such, the proceedings against the respondents are dropped. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
