Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant matter has become infructuous because the petitioner, though was charged under Section 494 RPC has been acquitted by the Court of competent jurisdiction, as such, the matter has become infructuous.
2. Statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, made hereinabove, is taken on record and accordingly, this petition is dismissed and consigned to record for having been rendered infructuous.
