Through: None.
Vs
U.O.I. & Ors.
.…. Respondent(s)
Through: Mr. Jugal Kishore Gupta, Advocate
Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE
ORDER 11.02.2026
1. None for the petitioner.
2. On the last date of hearing, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that with the passage of time, the relief sought in the petition has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the selection process has already been completed. It seems that it is on account of this fact, the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
