01. The issue involved in the writ petition qualifies to be a
“service matter” within the meaning of Section 3(q) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. In this view of the matter, the subject matter of the present petition is amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench.
02. Accordingly, the present petition is transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench.
